Typical Bulk Diet
Wednesday, March 14th, 2007iight everyone. This is what I had yesterday. If anyone has anything that I can do to bulk up more, let me know (try to keep it cost effective. lol)
8AM-3 whole eggs, 2 strips bacon, 2 slices wheat bread w/ jelly
11:30AM-1 can tuna and a banana
3:00PM- Salsbury steak, fries, and string beans
6:00PM- 1 serving yogurt and cottage cheese
9:00PM- Spaghetti and meat sauce
11:30PM- 1 slice wheat bread and peanut butter.
This is a typical day. I don’t workout on Wednesdays, so there is no shake. On a normal workout day, the 6PM snack would be replaced by a protein shake.
