I gained 4 pounds so Im at 154 pounds I changed my meal plan , I started this june 14th I think:
Meal 1 - 3 scoops of nitro tech protein 1 cup skim milk
Meal 2 - 12 eggs 10 whites 2 eggs
Meal 3- 12 ounced grilled chicken breast
Meal 4 - 3 scoops of nitro tech protein 1 cup skim milk / 2 scoops of cell tech
Meal 5 - 12 ounced grilled chicken breast
Meal 6 - 3 scoops of nitro tech protein 1 cup skim milk
wanna look more veiny for the summer

Ok this is my latest meal plan
Meal 1 - 2 scoops of nitro tech protein 1 cup low fat milk / 2 scoops of cell tech
Meal 2 - 12 eggs white mixed with 1 cup of oatmeal/ 1 table spoon of honey
Meal 3- 8 ounced grilled chicken breast/ half a cup of rice
Meal 4 - 2 scoops of nitro tech protein 1 cup low fat milk / 2 scoops of cell tech
Meal 5 - 8 ounced grilled chicken breast/ half a cup of rice
Meal 6 - 2 scoops of nitro tech protein 1 cup low fat milk
