			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I thought I had real progress today, I steped on the scale and I was crushed.  I am up to 255.5 when I thought I would be down.  Of course it could have been becuase I didnt do as well as i would have liked to on the diet yesterday nor did I jog.  Althought last night when everyone else got General Tso&#8217;s Chicken with fried rice I got chicken and broc. with white rice&#8230;  It might have not been a victory but I made a smart decision to end the day on a decient note rather then putting me further back by ordering the same as everyone else.  today is another day with ups and downs but I refuse to fail this time.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So today I have decided to become more fit.  I have been thinking about for a very long time.  My life has always revolved around me being fat.  Well not anymore.  My short term goal is to loose 50 lbs. by July.  I think that is very reasonable as long as i push myself everyday and stay on track.  A few years ago when i was tipping the scales @ 305lbs.  I started to do something about it.  Then when i hit 250 I lost focus and stayed the same weight until today.  I am no longer happy being fat and unfit.  I want to be excited to go to the beach so I can show off a hot body.  I am hoping i can stick to it this time.  I really want to.  Well I going for a walk/run.  I will try to run as much as i can but that will take time.
