Feb 26, 2007 Day one
So today I have decided to become more fit. I have been thinking about for a very long time. My life has always revolved around me being fat. Well not anymore. My short term goal is to loose 50 lbs. by July. I think that is very reasonable as long as i push myself everyday and stay on track. A few years ago when i was tipping the scales @ 305lbs. I started to do something about it. Then when i hit 250 I lost focus and stayed the same weight until today. I am no longer happy being fat and unfit. I want to be excited to go to the beach so I can show off a hot body. I am hoping i can stick to it this time. I really want to. Well I going for a walk/run. I will try to run as much as i can but that will take time.

Hey, I am pretty much in the same boat as you! I am not intersted so much with losing weight but losing inches off my waist! I also try to write everyday that I work out! I find it motivates me! We should keep in touch and track our results. I plan on going out and buying a scale and tape measure! Good Luck!

I am thinking that I want to lose about 50lbs by July as well! I think that if we stick to our routines and eat right, we can do it!
