I would imagine they are joking good naturedly and I would take it as such. You've done an amazing job and I guarantee they are amazed at your progress.

Plus, they are so used to seeing you look big. So they perceive you looking thin in a more extreme way than someone who never saw you look heavy and have nothing to compare.

I agree, you have made awesome progress!

Maybe the people making comments to you are jealous of your motivation and progress. I am sure some of the people you know wish they could do what you have done! When I think about the people that say things like that to me they usually have a lot of weight to lose. They can't be proud of you while they are unhappy. Just pay really close attention to who is making the comment to you and why they would say it to you. Is it being made out of love and concern, jealousy, or admiration?

Good luck to you!

Awesome job with your transformation to date, Wayne!

Those people are only trying to be nice with what they are saying because they remember you when you were much heavier. So don't let what they are say get you down.

When you move to Houston, people will not know the old Wayne but they will get to see you further transform from where you are at today.

Keep blastin' the iron!

Here is how I decreased my 2 min. mile. A couple of friends and I would go out every night during the week and simulate a pt test. During the 2 mile run I would run with a friend that had his 2 miles down to 12 min. and try and keep up. Man was it painful. I also did alternate sprints where you jog for a few and then all out sprint for a few then back to a jog. One night a week we would try and run 5 miles and I would always, during every run, sprint all out the last 100 yards or so. At least that's what worked for me. I went from a 15 min. mile to low 12. Hope all goes well with your test.

I would strongly suggest seeing a doctor about your options. If you've done all this work, then allow someone that really knows what to do, to help you

And congrats on the great accomplishment.

Ah, yes, I know your situation: a friend referred to me as a "Sharpei!" Know that Retin A and Preparation H have been used to at least temporarily tighten skin, DK what else to do. If we gain it quick and lose it quick, our bodies don't seem to do well with "contracting" the skin.

I know the feeling...how many times a week do you do cardio? Try adding interval training if you are not already doing it... shake things up overall...maybe that will get you pass the hump...
