Friday, October 24th, 2008I am trying to frim up all of this flab since loosing 100lbs. I am very soft, especially in the gut. I am doing weight training. Started about a month ago. SHould I do low reps high weight? high reps low weight? Alternate between the two? I want to gain strength, size, and firm up the jello. I am only able to run about 3 miles before I cannot continue. I do about 45 min cardio and 45 min weight training 6 days per week. I do a 3 day split twice per week for weights and alternate my cardio machines to whatever is open when I am ready for cardio. I am getting ready for a specific PFT coming up in January. I need to speed up my 2 mile run, and add more push-ups and sit-ups to a 2 minute time table. Any advice?
