lack of progress
I have been busting my buns this last month as I have been stuck at 225 for a couple of months and I want to see some changes. I weighed myself this morning and got very upset at my tiny 2lb weight loss. I increased my intensity at the gym and added weights back in (I stopped with weights several months ago as my shoulder was getting worse). My diet is pretty good, although not professional/contest prep clean. I drink a coke zero every day, but it has zero everything. I eat more carbs than I should, but they are naked (no butter). I am working on my diet this month as I believe my gym routine is as good as it needs to be for now. I realize the gym routine sould change every few months and muscles need to be worked differently to grow. I am working on fat loss currently and am not overly concerned with gaining muscle at the moment. I do use Splenda (4packs) in my coffee 2 or 3 times per night at work. I bought a heart rate monitor to help me do cardio and the proper tempo. Any one have any suggestions for me? I will try almost anything to see some results. The only suppliment is a multi-vitamin, and I have plenty of energy at the gym. - Thanks

I know the feeling…how many times a week do you do cardio? Try adding interval training if you are not already doing it… shake things up overall…maybe that will get you pass the hump…
