training update
Saturday, June 7th, 2008I went to the gym this morning to do some cardio. I finally made it to 60 minutes on the elyptical machine. Then I went to the treadmill to see how long I could maintain a 6.0 pace. I made it 15 minutes. 1.5 miles is the longest I have ran since I was a teen. I will work on my 5k distance goal and then work on the time. I am also trying to increase the number of push-ups and pull-ups I can do. I had been slacking off lately, so the two pull-ups I finally could do are now back to zero (sh#!). I am up to 13 push-ups. I would like to be able to do at least 10 pull-ups and 25 push-ups.
