More progress
When I started working out in september 07, I could not even walk 1.5 miles. My first short term goal was to be able to walk the 1.5 miles, with a secondary goal of increasing the time to under 18 minutes (which is the required time for the army). Today, I did my 1.5 miles in 17 minutes and 57 seconds. I will continue to decrease the time untill I can run the whole distance at a 10 minute mile pace, then I will start to increase the distance.
