Starting point

I figured out my fitness starting point as it relates to my short term goals. I can do zero pull-ups and run 1/4 of a mile without stopping. I want to be able to do 5 pull-ups and run 1.5 miles by January 13th of 2008.

no visual progress

I have lost 28lbs, but since I am so overweight, I am unable to see any change. I know I am doing what needs to be done, but I would like to be able to see some results. I will keep on my present track as it seems to be working, but after this six week program, I will hire a personnal trainer to set up a twelve week program for me. I will consider posting some pics at the end of this six week program, which ends Nov. 11th.

I went to the doctor Friday as I was feeling ill and he gave me an RX. I could not sleep last night so I went to the gym for leg day. I wanted to skip, but I am afraid to miss a day so early in my training. I went, but was very week. My leg day is my hardest day, but I take the day after leg day off, so hopefully I will feel better by Monday.
