Sunday Morning

Ok so last week I quit my part time job at the bank. I did not really realize how stressed I was while I was working there. I feel amazing right now! It is a little scary because I do not have a plan and the economy sucks but I know it will be ok. I just have to be true to myself and not try to do sales ever ever again!

Now I am sitting here debating over going to the gym. I took the last 2 days off and I am a little stiff. Also I did not eat very well yesterday. I think I am going to look into this clean eating I keep hearing about.

Maybe a cup of coffee first…….

    Working out will help to loosen up your muscles. I’d go if I were you :)

    Yep, what Shan said. Even just some light cardio. Tat’s my goal for today - to loosen up some stiff muscles.

    When one debates about whether to do something or not, they tend to use up time when they could be doing what they’re debating about, or something else. If you just go and like BBT says, even light cardio will be beneficial, and you’ll feel better afterwards without a doubt.
