Friends visit, vacation and some thoughts…

Well, I had a good friend over… It was great 4 days…And now I’m glad he’s gone… I guess we get little too much into our daily routines and even a slight change in it causes everything to look like unorganized mess…

I had my share of going out and eating not so clean but truth is, I’m happy now that I can have it back my "boring" way… I’m not a party goer as I used to be and I kinda like it… I like being organized and dedicated and disciplined and work towards a goal I know I can reach… And beyond…

So I’m back on track now and there’s no stoping me…

I’m also going on vacay on tuesday…Staying for a month…Maybe even longer… Now, to all my friends on here… Worry not, I WILL keep in touch!!! I promise… And updating with new pics…LOL

I can hardly wait anymore and wish it was Tuesday today…I get travel fever and can’t wait… When I saw my buddy going on the plane today, I wanted to somehow smuggle myself there too…HAHHAHAHAH

And as far as "other thoughts"…

I missed every single one of you and will miss u even more when I’m gonne…I will keep pumping there too and have you guys in my thoughts every time I hit the iron…

As long as ppl are doing it I’m gonna be complaining abt it…LOL

Ok, so this morning I go to YMCA for cardio… Decided to do treadmill…Day is nice and sunny, I had a lot of energy and drive to make this one mean cardio workout…2 mins into it, guy steps onto a treadmill next to me…Ok, whatever…Blue shorts, white wife beater tucked in…Shorts lifted just under his nipples (LMAO) and Head Sweat Band (?!?!?!?!)…I check immediately for leg warmers…HAHAHAAHHAH

I was pissed I didn’t have Flash dance tune on my ipod to fill in sound with the picture!!!ROFLMAO

Anyway…I’m running, minding my own business(and a little bit of his…) and then I notice he’s on the phone…Ok…!0…15mins goes buy he’s still on the phone…And he’s so loud on it, I can hear him over my headphones cranked HI!!! And I got ones that completely insert inside your ear…WTF?!?!?!!? All while his doing 2,8mph speed at 1 incline… Any slower than that and he would be going backwards… I get irritated…But quiet! Then all of a sudden I get caught off guard…From the other side enemy attacked!!! It was my wife’s friend from work…She PULLS my arm to get my attention and starts talking right away…After 2 mins of lip reading I slow my tread and take earpieces outa my ears… "Sorry, what was that??" I said just out of politeness but believe it or not, she plays same record all over…Blah…Blah… As I’m walking and hearing other guy btw still…Then I started shutting down…Anxiety started kicking it, too much information, too little hard drive space, plus I wasn’t interested at all anyways!!!!! "You know what?? I’ll tell my wife you said HI but I really got to do this…And I’m sure u got better things to do… AND CAN YOU KEEP IT QUIEEEEETTTTTTT FOR THE LOVE OF PEACE?!?!??!!?!?!?!" I yelled at the guy on my right side…

AAAAhhhhhhhhh…. It felt great…To me that is…HE was pale and stared forward at some imaginary spot on the wall, wasn’t talking to his boyfriend no more… And she got offended I think…Great! And what abt me???? Does anybody cares how all that affected myself??? No they don’t so I don’t give a flying f@k abt them either!! There…

I hate it…Gym is place to do your thing…Not to talk, walk, pose, put make up on in front of the mirror, talk loud and stupid and what not…

All you ppl that go there and do just that pls know that its F@KIN ANOYING!!!!!!!

Do not come wearing nightclub outfits…

Do not come in smelling like whore house…I mean, we all want to smell nice, but there’s plenty of sports or mild fragrances that are apropriate for the gym…Do naot make other ppl gagg smelling like you dumped whole bottle of parfume on your head…

Do not pose in front of the mirror if you got no muscle, it looks silly!!!!! Us, who actually train for a while ARE looking and laughing at you!! Make no mistake abt that!!!

Do not drop light weights!!! I don’t drop any weights, but I can understand if you need to drop 140lb dumbell after you banged 8 reps for chest cuz you don’t wanna to f@k up your wrists…But pls dont drop 30 and 40lb dumbells…First because there’s no need to, your mom can handle those, and second cuz you draw attention to yourself doing it  and then everyone knows you are weakling and then we do what I mentioned in previos remark…

Do not talk on the cell phone the whole time u in the gym…Gym is a dangerous place, weights everywhere, machines…You or someone can get hurt if you don’t pay attention…

Do NOT change the music if someone like myself puts on hard rock station or CD…Ok? I WILL change it back and then we have a problem…Gym is no place to listen to Robert Miles and Britney Spears…OK?

Do not make loud remarks abt someone(me) being on steroids cuz you might get your teeth knocked out and you’ll be picking half of them off the floor and half of them tomorrow outa toilet bowl!! Ok??

Just be smart and train hard…I have much respect for serious trainers(having said that serious trainer could be a 16yo kid working with 10lb dumbells but being smart and dedicated and doing this to better himself) and I will show you respect back…But if you do any of those above listed things or anything else I couldn’t remember now you know already what I think of you so don’t even nod your head to me when you see me cuz reaction might surprise you…

Have a great weekend my brothers and sisters in Iron and hit that gym HARD!!!! Let’s show them how it’s done, shall we??????

Ok, today I feel like opening up a bit…

I would like to say how happy it makes me to have such a great friends here on this site! I won’t go and single out noone cuz that wouldn’t be fair and I won’t go and recite the whole list cuz I might forget someone or put someone else in front of you and  that don’t even matter…What matters is that I feel good about this whole thing, I recived tremendous amount of support, positive vibes and had more than just share of laugh with you guys and on my part I tried to be as motivating, opened, honest and funny as I could possibly be to show you all how much I appreciate your help, time and effort.

I enjoy following your success, that being winning major competition or losing those stubborn 3lb of fat or putting 2lb of muscle or whatever your goal might be and you went and did it and then some!!! I will always be happy to help with advice, honest opinion or just friendly convo should you need it. Most of the time, as you well know it, you don’t even have to ask for it…

Thank you for putting up with me, I know sometimes I’m not easyest person to get along with, sometimes I say things most ppl wouldn’t even think inside their heads but thats who I am and thats proly why you like me…If you do…And if you don’t…Well, that’s your problem. I wont sweat much abt it!

I will end this now before I become too emotional and say something I wont be able to take back latter(LOL)

Movie is out on DVD and it’s a must for anyone who takes this sport seriously. Very educational, in your face and honest. I liked it very much and I think you will too…

Now, what is with ppl not being educated on the subject… Majority of the population confuses SUPPLEMENTS with steroids…How is that possible in this fitness era, when TV and magazines are overspilling with comercials for fat burners, muscle builders and what not?!?!?!!?! How come ppl don’t know that taking vitamins and minerals is GOOD for you. And not just regular ppl. Go to a doctor and 9 out of 10 of them will tell you diet high in protein is not good for you. Your kidneys are going to fail!!! WTF?!?! Not to mention vitamins, omega 3 and 6 fats, or God forbid fat burners or any kind of hormon boosters… They will send you to see psychiatrist most likely… All while being old and fat and out of shape… So what you trying to tell me is that I should be like you then?? Thats healthy?? No risk of diabetis or heart dissease there?? Ok, I dont think so… Go back to your KFC, large coffie with 12 sugars and 5 creams and TV remote… I choose my supplements over that… Or when you talk about takin glutamine or BCAA’s or Creatine and ppl in the gym are listening and going like…"I knew it, he is popping!!! Can’t look like that naturaly"…WHAT?!?!?! excuse me!!!!!!

I know all of you had to deal with that at some point… It’s embarassing really! I mean, I’m not computer expert but I know my way around… Or mechanic but I can fix little things on the car or at least I know what mechanic is talking abt telling me this or that needs to be fixed… I’m not a doctor but I know a lot abt human body and different things that make you sick…My point is, doesn’t everybody knows a little about everything?? Isn’t that normal?? Or it’s just me thinking there’s more to ppl then there really is…

More you know, more you  are worth and that’s what I go by. If I have a chance to learn how to speak 10 diff languages so be it! Or play 5 instruments…Or how to fly a plane…Why not?? It’s fun and you look good knowing more too!!

Anyways…I got little of topic here..
