Slacking on gym time

Geez, I feel so crappy because I haven’t been to the gym all week.  I’ve been on the rifle range.  And for everyone that doesn’t know, that means 0 dark 30 mornings and long evenings.  But I shot pretty well this week.  Isn’t that what every American expects from a Marine, though.  Well, I’ll hit it hard (the gym) next week, no BS.  I know it’s my fault, for not being more dedicated to both , but seriously, I find it insane to get 2 or 3 hours of sleep just because I want to punish my body.  That’s not healthy, right?
