my grocery list
people always ask me what i eat, so here’s what was in my grocery cart today!
4lbs of strawberries, 320z bag of broccoli,red,yellow,green bell peppers, 2 bundles of fresh asparagus,5 sweet potatos, 1 cucumber,1 red onion,1 bag of frozen green beans, 2 packages of 99% lean ground turkey,2 packages of 87% lean ground turkey (husbands), 2 18oz flank steaks,1 new strip(husband), 3 cans of diced tomatoes (to put in ground turkey) ,4lbs of lowfat coattage cheese, 4 bags of chicken breast, 42oz of quick oats, 5lb bag of japanese rice (i know i should eat brown but i never have and i seem to be doing ok) 1 can of red kideny beans (my husband put them in his ground turkey) sliced turkey meat for sandwiches my husband eats. (not me,yuck) can’t believe its not butter spray, skinny cow ice cream sandwiches (my husbands),8.5lbs of lana’s egg whites, toothpaste, oh yea and sliced pepperjack cheese (for the turkey sandwich….thats it for this week. It doesn’t really change much week to week….year to year.

Awesome! thanks for the info…I’m am way too interested in what people eat, especially people as successful as you are in this crazy fitness world
The only that shocked me was I can’t believe its not butter, wouldn’t think you would use that brand, its like eating plastic, but it taste yummy.
