I attempted Arnaold Presses yesterday, I am up to 60 or 65# dumbells for shoulder press….so i figured, 45# dumbell would be good warm up for a "new" excersice…WOW!!!
Arnold Presses hit you SOOooo Different, that 45# was a bus….still got through 4 sets of 6…but damn! They are so going to be part of shoulder day from now on…i still did 2 sets or regular shoulder presses, with a 60#, but I could still feel the new excerise…amazing! I wish i woulda done them along time ago!
