I got this!!
One week straight, back in the gym. I am so proud of myself, and so sore. :-\
I love this feeling though, the feeling of doing something with yourself, the way my body feels when it has been worked really good. It is amazing how in just the one week, all my cravings for the evil peanut M&Ms have gone away. I don’t want to ruin the hard work!! LOL!! I have no desire to eat poorly at all. I am still playing around with how many carbs, and what time of day to cut them off. I figure I need a lot if I am in the gym 3 hours a day, but my overall goal is to loose fat and tone the muscle, so I don’t want too many carbs. Guess we will see what works.
I am open to suggestions on this.
