This is a tough workout. At least for me it is. The different variations of pushups. Tweaked my shoulder a little in weighted arm circles. So I had to reduce the weight. But all in all it was a good workout.

I always hated the one armed push ups and the plyo push-ups!
Other than those two, this is a great dvd! lol

I’m with ya on that.
I try to do one arm without going to my knees. But always fall on the first one.
