Thanks wsh1979 for those encouraging words. Looking forward to getting back full force.

You bet I'll be careful Marion. First time around I skipped the squat jacks all together. Next time, I modified by raising my arms to my chest. I'm also not doing the bonus on plyo. Love those tip of the day. thx ;)

Tip of the day: "Do what you can." :)

For me it's totally ok to do a modified workout. And as long as you're feeling good about that - why not?

Just be a little careful with Plyometrics. I replaced it a couple of months ago with Kenpo X because it became a "knee killer" for me. I got some problems with a Jumper's Knee on both sides. Since I switched to Kenpo, I do not have those knee issues anymore.

Injuries are scary because they could happen to anyone. Your a warrior for facing the challenge again, some people give up and talk about how they where in shape once upon a time and live off of past accomplishments. Other people like you and Lance Armstrong comeback and prove that they are the true masters of the body. Keep fighting and know that anyone who has sustained a big injury looks to someone like yourself for the proof that it can be done.
