Saturday I went to the fish store. The amonia, nitrate, and nitrite levels were good. (amonia 0, nitrate 5-10, nitrite 0) So I bought 4 congo tetras and 2 clown loaches. The loaches were tiny. I say were. They were dead this morning. The congos are doing well. I also have 3 silver dollars. I wasn’t sure if I should do a water change or not. So I treated the water with Prime. Since the loaches died the amonia level is up. I’ll check it again later this afternoon. Hopefully it will come down. I’m on vacation this week. So later in the week another trip to the fish store.
I can only assume that the loaches were so small is the reason they didn’t make it. They grow to about 6 inches. I guess if I want loaches, I’ll have to get bigger ones.

Well, maybe. The water in my aquarium. The PH is ok. The amonia is down to zero. Which is good. But the Nitrate is still high, around 5 to 10. The nitrite level is still zero. The 3 fish I have seem to be very healthy and happy. I’m going to the fish store today. And hopefully she’ll let me get more fish. This process is in it’s third week. I feel like a little kid waiting on Christmas. I’ll be happy when I have a nice community of fish.

Really wasn’t feeling it today. Didn’t bring it as good as I should have on pull-ups. One good thing though. No chair assist. Of course it doesn’t help matters that I don’t like leg day that much. It really gets me huffing and puffing. But I always make it through.

On my shins!!! YOUCH!!! I did it again today. Picked up the db and smacked right into my shin. Gonna leave a nice bruise. I always seem to do this. Doesn’t matter if I get them off my weight rack or the floor. Somehow I end up hitting my shin at least once. Sometimes twice.

In my aquarium, the amonia and nitrate levels seem to be creeping down. For the last week and a half, I’ve been trying to get those levels down. When I get them down to zero. I can add more fish. This past Saturday, I went to the tropical fish store. The woman that works there has been very helpfull in getting my tank ready. So this weekend she let me get two fish. But no more than two. The two extra fish would help get the bacteria working in the tank. Total, I have three silver dollars. After I put the two in the tank. (doing it how she instructed me) One didn’t seem like it was going to make through the night. When I got up Sunday morning, all three were swimming around. I was very happy.
So hopefully the amonia and nitrate levels will be down by this weekend so I can get more fish.

Today was non stop at work. Even worked right through lunch. Worked while I ate. By the end of the day my eyes were tired. Staring at two monitors all day really strained them. I just gotta find that grove. Get everything in line the way I like.
Didn’t feel like I would get a good work out today. But it turned out to be a good one. During pull-ups and chin-ups, no chair assist again. Going to keep doing that and get my shoulder in better shape. Along with my back.

Looks like I’m going to be very busy at work for quite a while to come. Doing the work of two people aint easy. But once I get in my grove of doing things. It should get better. Today I had to go back up to were we used to be, over and over today. The printer I use is still on that floor. And I print a lot. I just didn’t want to take the time to find another printer on the network near where I am. Hopefully they’ll move it soon and it will still have the same address on the network. (I’m sure it will) Next week I have to show the guy that will take my place while I’m on vacation, everything to do. For the first time I’ll actually feel sorry for him.

Today was move day at work. We only moved two floors down. I was really busy all morning. The movers weren’t supposed to move us until 1 pm today. And I hadn’t boxed up all my stuff yet. By the time lunch came around. I was caught up on my work. So I ate my lunch and boxed up the rest of my stuff. There was only five of us left in our area. After a while, I got tired of waiting. I unplugged my monitors and docking station. And moved all my stuff myself. I had all my stuff moved to my new, temporary, cubicle by the time the movers had started moving every on else. Not sure how long we’ll be were we are. Maybe a couple of months. We may move back up 3 floors to 17. Down 2 and up 3. Jeez…..

Today was very stressfull day. Taking over someone elses work on the fly isn’t easy. I didn’t get a good break until 3 this afternoon. I was mentaly worn out. I just didn’t feel like doing Kenpo today. But good thing I had my ipod in my car. So I cranked it up with some good rock-n-roll. Some Nickelback, Cowboy Mouth, Donnie Iris, FooFighters, and finished up with Queen’s ‘Dead on Time’. That one really rocks. Got me back to were I needed to be. So I had a good Kenpo workout.
