Jmorgan87? Is that so. It's quite the opposite. Also, what exactly would you consider "sizable". 90% of your nutrition plan should be "clean" foods (I hate that term but whatever). You have 10% to eat whatever you want and science backs this up.

A sizable intake of sugar at any one time will shut down the fat burning process. Sugar strips the organs and muscles of vital nutrients and rots tissue and accelerates aging.

i agree, but man, i love my guarana-green tea - aspirin stack before my work out. and they produce results wihtout a doubt. when i cycle off to give my adrenals a break i see the difference and need to cut the carbs and up the cardio to compensate.

Absolutely in agreement with this blog. It astounds me how people will make an excuse for not taking 30 minutes out of a 24 hour day to get in some kind of exercise

People are always looking for some kind of magic pill that they can take so that they'll get results without having to put in any real work.

I agree 100%! Marketing is directed at self-conscience people who are not comfortable in/with their bodies. So they will not exercise in fear of shame of being seen.

I thought I was alone in feeling htis way. I completely agree with you. Fat burners are a great supplement if you are preparing for a show, or photo shoot, and just want to be extra lean. But the truth of the matter is you diet and your activity level will impose your fat burning mechanisms. You cant be on fat burners 24/7, thats what you diet is for.

I agree with you whole-heartedly. Staying active is definitely the way to go. If I was dependant on my workout alone I don't think my progress would be as great. I spend a lot of time playing with my son, shooting hoops, etc. Not to mention my job is pretty physically demanding. Being active really is a lifestyle and more than just exercise.
