Yesterday I started my diet for the following twenty weeks. It was a non training day and tred to stay away from bad carbs, most of my carbs were consumed till 2pm. I know that carbs are critical when loosing fat, i must keep myself running. I eliminated any bad food choices such as sweets or chocolate and so had more peanutbutter than usual as a treat. (Took 2-3teaspoons of pb during the day).

Today I woke up at 6 to go for my 30min cardio and did a small fast walk as I currently have a 1st or 2nd deggree tear tendon in my right ankle.. Hope this will not HIIT later on. Im focusing on a good rehab as possible.
I started my day whole oats an apple with skimmed milk. At school i took a shake consisting of 1scoop whey and 1/2 casein. Afterwards went home and there was no food prepared!!! arggg!! but tried to make use with what was available and made a healthy dip.. Now soon i have work and later my first heavy leg day…Another shake this time 2 sccops whey 1 casein and 60g carbs +5 creatine. Afterwards around 7.30 ish im having a chicken salad without dressing of course…..

Next few weeks (16 weeks out)I’ll post my pictures so keep in touch guys

Hi everyone

I’m new at this Bodyspace thing but i think it helps me in keeping motivation. As you can see im in for a body transformation. I know how to do it but doing it in the first place is the hard thing. Lacking motivation will ruin my plans, but now im determined enough to say that i Will achieve my goals. I will post my progress pics and the after pics. Currently i weigh 68kg with 14% bf im going to beef up till march aiming at 76 and then cutting til july or august depending on the body fat during the bulking phase. And will finally end up with at least8 % body fat which will be my personal success, as ive never went down than 12%bf in my whole life. I will also post how I am achieving results, training and nutrition information to also help you out. I also am studying sport science which this is my last year. And work as a personal instructor at a gym.. Any questions just ask. I’ll help where i can. : )
