I’m new at this Bodyspace thing but i think it helps me in keeping motivation. As you can see im in for a body transformation. I know how to do it but doing it in the first place is the hard thing. Lacking motivation will ruin my plans, but now im determined enough to say that i Will achieve my goals. I will post my progress pics and the after pics. Currently i weigh 68kg with 14% bf im going to beef up till march aiming at 76 and then cutting til july or august depending on the body fat during the bulking phase. And will finally end up with at least8 % body fat which will be my personal success, as ive never went down than 12%bf in my whole life. I will also post how I am achieving results, training and nutrition information to also help you out. I also am studying sport science which this is my last year. And work as a personal instructor at a gym.. Any questions just ask. I’ll help where i can. : )
