The bodybuilding realm in a sense is not only an art, but it is also a science. Today there are many articles and research that you can use to help you best acheive your goals. Sure we all want to say that we work our asses off in the gym day in and day out, yet without research nor science, the gains would be minimal and psychologically distressful! So the next time you have some time, read through, manage, brainstorm and configure what type of routine is best for your body and needs as far as nutrition, adequate rest, cardio, and strength and conditioning. Become as one, let the heart sync with the science and see your body grow more thanĀ ever before!

As we all know when contest time approaches for most general bodybuilders it is the time that their appearance is sharp, cut and precise. Although, most dont know that they are actually at their weakest point in their training, the ripped striations and overdeveloped muscularity may tell you different, but no one knows until they actually try it! They are at their lowest carb level, usually cycling a depletion level for about 8-12 weeks depending on the somatic type of body, some such as Dexter Jackson could probably get away with no cardio and small depletion due to his genetic make up! If you want to take your training to the next level to fully shock your body and feel one of the best pumps of your life. Deplete your body from carbs for a prolonged period of time any where from 3-4 weeks, once this is reached carb load a substantial amount for 2 days straight and feel the insane pump that is experienced backstage!
