BEING SEDENTARY
So I took into effect that my body hasnt been sedentary in over 11 years, and Ive never taken a break from any kind of athletic event in a while, before it was wrestling, football, track, now its bodybuilding. I wanted to conduct a small experiment with dropping everything as far as training, supplementation, and correct eating for a period of 6 days altogether. I found it easy for the first 2 days, eating 3 meals and doing no exercise, by about the third day I felt like Jack Nicholson in the Shining, I was ready to kill somebody. The total feeling of lethargy, the lack of motivation, the missing of overwhelming vitality, hit me all at once like a train. Now keep in mind that I am a natural bodybuilder, so that means I eat about 4,000 calories a day mostly dependent upon complex carbs and protein, and the reduction of meals and nutrients was detremental to my feeling of well being and sanity! I arrived home last night and couldnt wait to start my day anew, with a drive fresher than ever! I am now mentally ready to take on my competition campaign as if it was my first time ever!

Not getting enough calories (especially carbs) is a major mood killer for me. I can’t fathom how people can join TV shows like "Survivor" without killing everyone in sight when the starvation and carb depletion sets in!
