THE IMPORTANCE OF YOUR MUSIC
So I dont know about anybody else out there, but I cant explain well enough the importance of my ipod in my routine day to day! Some people find that natural state of peace and equilibrium without use of any technology, I have to give it to them because that is something that I can never do. I have to listen to my music to stay my focus, when my focus becomes lost I get very irritable and I begin to resent the person that made me lose that focus. The good news is that I am becoming more aware of this problem and my leniency is growing, but overall I get lost in my little ipod world containing 6000 songs! I hope that Im not the only one that feels like this!

I definitely agree - music tend to generate feelings and emotions that put more effort into my workouts! Do you create playlists so that the 6k songs aren’t so overwhelming? I definitely find Metallica, AC/DC, Rage Against the Machine, etc. are must haves for weight training
