I have changed my diet drastically, managed to count the calories and seen amazing progress in the last 2 months!!!

I have been training with this beast, 135kg monster who seems to know all about diet and training. He dropped his daily calorie intake and leaned down to 111kg’s first and then managed to fill his frame out to 135kg’s. The thought behind this is also that shorter people tend to bulk up easily.

As a reasonably tall person, i struggle with gaining weight. could he be right?

consistency seems to be the key though, with diet and training? all agree?

I notice with food, the cleaner and better protein i have, the better my results

what about cheat days? I don’t cheat often but recently i have had some serious cravings, cheesecake!!!!

Should I?? Can I?? How many cheat meals am I allowed?

What motivates you to go into gym, 5 days a week and push yourself and your body to go beyond it’s limit?
Personally, i’m not a poser. I’m not there to meet people, get compliments or waste my time.

Motivation is not always there, but it’s all in your mind … keep your eye on the main goal.

I’m there to train, feel the burn, get pumped and watch the small changes in my body every week!

You got to be in it, to win it!
