What motivates you to go into gym, 5 days a week and push yourself and your body to go beyond it’s limit?
Personally, i’m not a poser. I’m not there to meet people, get compliments or waste my time.
Motivation is not always there, but it’s all in your mind … keep your eye on the main goal.
I’m there to train, feel the burn, get pumped and watch the small changes in my body every week!
You got to be in it, to win it!

I just feel better when I’m in the gym 5-6 days a week..I have more energy, feel sexy…I’m rockin it! LOVES it!
