Due to the holiday my calorie rotation is a little out whack and I’ll be sure to get back on this horse tomorrow. While enjoying the holidays should be a priority it is not excuse to let your diet lapse for a month. While I can se straying on days like Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, etc why people get fat over the holidays is beyond me. It just means more work to take it back off once they are over
