Leg Press (rest pause): 1260lbs x 14, 8, 4
SLDL: 285lbs x 10 x 3
superset w/
Lying Leg Curls: 180lbs x 10 x 3
Stationary Smith Lunges: 225lbs x 8/8 x 3
Squats: 225lbs x 20 x 2
Leg Extensions (rest pause): 300lbs x 15, 9, 3
This workout was inspired after watching Branch Warren’s Unchained Raw Reality training DVD. I didn’t base my leg workout on his, but I did up the intensity a bit as his hardcore training style in very inspirational. Hopefully I can get around to writing a review one of these days.
