I of course, am not savvy to the exact terms and conditions surrounding the initial photo in the first place, but I would presume that maybe the IFBB, or the photographer has the exclusive rights. I also would suppose that those rights were never granted to NBC for use in a gay skit....Again, all presumptions of course.
