Wide Leg Squats (toes outward): 225lbs x 12 x 4
superset w/
Smith Squats (close foot placement): 315lbs x failure x 4
Leg Extensions: 300lbs x failure x 3
superset w/
Dumbell SLDL: 80lb’ers x failure x 3
*50 minutes of cardio PWO
Discussion
For the last 8 week of prep I’ll be splitting up my workouts a bit. Calves, forearms, abs, etc will all be in AM workouts with my cardio. Since my calories are so low I won’t be training fasted any more either. This will help distribute the number of calories I’m burning in the AM and PM a little more evenly and will allow me to focus a bit more on some detail work.
I must say I am impressed with this stack and ActivaTe Xtreme especially. This will certainly be reflected in my final review and should be up in a day or so.
