This is my current post workout shake. DON’T **** WITH ME!

This is what I drink when I’m too lazy to cook up a dozen eggwhites. I got some wierd looks today slamming it outside the grocery store today but hey, who gives a shit. It gets the job done and makes for some pretty gross burps.
