Thoughts
I’ve decided to switch my split up a bit. I’ve switched biceps and triceps training around and have added a light arm workout on shoulder day. Since it seems like my recovery is up a bit I from the Halodrol Liquigels I will certainly be pushing myself a bit more. I’ve also reverse the P/RR/S order to P/S/RR.
This workout was in part based around a recent Flex Magazine article about Milos Sarcev training a few pros at his gym. Normally, I don’t read Flex but decided to pick up a copy for the plane ride home along with a Scientific American. Needless to say, I was a little shocked to see both the Hydrid Calf Training by James Lewis and the intense giant set style of Milos Sarcev included. These have been featured on the Fit Show for months and I’m glad to see it’s finally catching on.
Also, if you are a fan of Milos Sarcev he is holding a free seminar at his gym in May. Registration can be done here and this is one opportunity not to be missed. I’m tempted to go….
