					<description>Nice advice Des! I was also taking an increased amout of CEE until my doctor freaked about my creatinine level of 3.4 mg/dL after my last physical. I had just taken my second dose of CEE aftter my morning workout. It has since returned to normal. I'm going to go with Size On Tabs for my next creatine sup.</description>

After reading that, I think I made a good choice personally not taking creatine mono (my bf percentage is about 26 right now).</description>
