BSN Atrophex Looks to Be Solid!
In scanning various forums I finally found out the ingredients of the highly anticipated BSN Atrophex. I ran across an ad for it in the latest issue of Muscle & Fitness which sparked some interest again that first began a few months back. In the era of caffeine, yohimbine, and guggelsterone laden fat burners giving false hopes to millions of supplementers I have no qualms in saying BSN has hit a home run developing ATROPHEX. This is definately going to be a blockbuster supplement and for once, BSN might actually have a product worth trying. I guess we’ll see when it’s released in a few weeks.

BSN is full of crap. They have been promising this product to be out since Oct of last year, then it was Jan, then Feb, then the middle of the month of March. That may be saying they are having problems with the production of this stuff or it’s not as good as they claim. You guys can go ahead with them, but I need products that work and are safe. Right now I need products instead of empty promises.

I sent an email to their "contact us" link on their website. All I got back was a bunch of PR crap about "making sure it’s the best product available". No timeframe and no release date. They did offer to take my credit card number and sign me up for their $75/month planned performance program — I’m thinking NO

yeah, I’ve been trying to order this stuff since the fall of 2006 and so far…nothing! they continue to say IT’S COMING but projected release dates come and go and still …NOTHING…what gives? are they trying to create some sort of advance buzz/clamor for the product? Is it some sort of marketing ploy…Apple does this all of the time…advertise the product..and then either they don’t have any in stock, or very few…I’m sort of frustrated at this point and I’m losing interest

Yeah they’ve been promising it for awhile but I use N.O Xplode,Cell-mass,Nitrix,Syntha-6 and combine those with HGH and BSN Has never let me down I’m in Iraq and I’ve only been lifting for 2 weeks and already I’ve put on 5lbs of lean muscle mass I don’t know of anyone else capable of that. I trust BSN.

I’m a GNC employee and we just got our first ATRO-PHEX to try it out. Honestly there’s nothing special about it guys. I don’t know what you’re freaking out about. They only put in the "new-age-fat-burning-ingredients" that studies do not apply in large quantity.
Let the "average-don’t-give-a-****-guy" try it and wait for his results before you even think of purchasing one.
My personnal favorite is Allmax’s Razor-8, use it wisely and get ripped without ruining yourself bitch.

First Day using this product. Felt very energetic in the morning after the first dose and after the second dose as well. Around 5pm felt very tired and had to take a nap which I never do. Went to the gym around 7pm and felt weak lifting. Im a 26 yrs old and have been training for over 7 years. Let’s see how day 2 goes….

Day 2
Woke up early in the morning and took 2 pills, went to the gym on an empty stomach to do 1 hour of cardio. Felt very energized, but my head felt "numb". Took the other 2 pills in the afternoon before my boxing class and again it gave me a lot of energy without making me tired like day one. I have to say that so far I like this product although make sure you drink plenty of water as specified in the box. Hope this information helps since this product is very new and there is not a lot of info on other websites…

Well I have been training for a while and eating right. I have gained 4 lbs in a week so I am not sure if this is all the water retention or this product is not working… I do have to say that it gives me lots of energy and make me want to workout for a long time…

Creatine products have always seemed to bloat me. NO-Xplode has really worked well for me as an energy booster for workouts. From the thread it seems opinions are mixed but I like it. I also Just bought Atro-Phex weight loss, focus and well being. Hopefully I will see those benefits.

Well… it’s been about two weeks since I started taking this product and I had to stop. I was having massive headaches and wasn’t able to sleep a full night. On the positive side I did get a lot of energy to work out and I will take one pill once in a while but not regularly like suggested.

Ok. Its already been a week and a few days since my first trial. So far im disappointed. I cant eat as much as I want. My limit has decreased so low that even a water bottle could make me feel full. And the fullness isnt like a natural full. It just starts to hurt. LIke everything is being squeezed in. When I wake up in the morning my body feels dehydrated (even after drinking 120oz) but I havent noticed any lost of weight. 40 consumed and 58 more to go. Hopefully my end result wont be as bad

Ive been using N.O. Xplode and Cellmass for 2 years. I also use Syntha 6 protein with a mixture of 100 percent whey protein. Taking the NO xplode i feel energetic and more focused for a workout. Try using it awhile and then get off of it you will notice a hell of a difference. In my first year i went from 145 lbs to 185. Within the last year my gains have come harder im 198 now. But these products seem to have helped me get to where im at today so i believe in these products. But its just like training peoples bodies react differently to different ingredients etc. So you have to do what works best for ya. In the end it all comes down to nutrition anyway. Its not built in the gym its built with the eating. As for atro phex ive never used it. Although im fixing to go a another cut cardio diet i went from 195 down to 177 in 8 weeks when i did it last time. But ive added more muscle to my frame this time but with the eating i picked up a little fat like normal. So i probably wont see 177 again. But this Atro Phex may help me cut more than i already was. I dont know ill just have to check it out and research that product and some others as well. (LIGHT WEIGHT)

I’ve been in and out of trayining for a long time and now Im trying to build muscle mass with lots of consistancy, easy does it. I have a personal trainer who gave me some atro-phex to try and he works the heck out of me when we are in the gym. I guess my question is: Is Atro-Phex just for wait loss or can it help for muscle growth? Sorry for the spelling but Im not from the US. Thank You

I started using Atro-Phex about 2 weeks ago and noticed I have broken out into a rash of some sort all over my body a couple days after I starting taking it. I have very itchy pimple like rashes all over my body. I have no idea what else would have caused it. I am 48 hours free from the stuff and still itching. Has anyone else had an allergic reaction to this stuff? I thought the product was working quite well until the damn rash.

I started taking Atro-phex at the beginning of this month. I was taking 4 a day, and I was absolutely burning up. I am in an off cycle of the BSN stack (NoExplode, Nitrix, Axis, Cell Mass, Syntha 6) I must say, I had to stop taking it because I couldnt cool down after walking to class. I am in shape, run 3 miles a day.. And this stuff gave me energy, but kicked my ass. I will start back on it once the weather cools down.
I see people who say BSN sucks, well maybe it doesnt work for you, I have had incredible results from the BSN products. I went from 260 and fat, to 220 and then built it all back up.. Im now 255 and all muscle.

I’ve been taking atrophex the last 2 weeks and all I can say is its done more harm than good. It gives me extremely bad headaches and as the previous two repliers had stated I feel like I’m always burning up. I use all BSN supplements and have always been impressed with there results, but I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

My second day on Atro-Phex. I took 1 pill twice a day on the first day. Didn’t feel a thing. Today I took 2 pills twice a day and I feel a little on the hyper side. Also it says to drink 120 ounces of water a day. I thought thats a lot but today I seem to be drinking water all day.

I use to be very big into training, was in great shape, have let myself go a bit over the past year and have to say I am not to happy with myself. I have a question for any of you who have used Astrophex. Has any of you that have tried it not been using another supliment (wieght loss etc) and if you have how did it work for you? I have been lifting heavy for almost two yeats and have not been able to shed any fat. I’ve been on Atro-Phex for 10 days and I am down 9 pounds. Also feel much sharper mentally. I backed off to one capsule 2X daily, as 2 caps at each dose was too wiring.

I bought Atrophex about a month ago and discontinued it after a couple of days due to side effects such as using the bathroom often, sweating my ass off, etc. I’ve started it again, and this is my 4th day. I’m up to 3 pills twice daily. I have to say that I do definately notice increased alertness, decreased hunger (and was damn near hyper and dancing in my place at work the other day). I manage a gym and decided that I’m going to tough it out, get some results and use myself as testimony to sell the product. I’m about 5′ 3", 125lbs and into bodybuilding, but having a hard time getting a little leaner. We’ll see if this helps. I’ll update with any progress

does it actually work tho, i have been working out for a solid year and i have just started seeing gains ( i am 17 yrs of age) i am begining to get frustrated seeing ppl gain faster i bench my body weight i have a low BMI and just want to gain muscle/lean the only thing i need is abs but i have thin layer of fat on my stomach that wont go away, ppl have told me cardio decreases muscle growth. wat should i do to gain muscle and cut down on my fat, only thing i can think of is eat better but im still kid lol, i dont eat fast food alot so yea any suggestions?

Well Brad, Im 18 and I made the mistake of taking all four pills and it almost rejected anything i tried to eat. But it does work! I just didn’t follow the directions.
I’ve been off it for two months and next week I am going to go 1 cap 2X daily and see how it goes.

All thru high school and college, I didn’t sweat much when working out… then the post college weight gain has set in and the water retention I suffer from is incredible. My body holds onto it like crazy- especially being over here in Iraq and drinking all the water the miliatary says you need to drink. I have been using Astro-Phex for over a month now and LOVE IT! Gives me much needed alertness at work and continues on to the gym after work- a battle at the end of a 12 hour day. As others have stated, yes it does warm you up and makes you sweat… but isn’t that the point of working out is to sweat? I am SOOO happy to finally have found a product that can rid me of the excess water weight. I’m down 4 inches on my waist, 2 in off my chest, and 2 inces off of each thigh. Remarkable results for only a month time frame… looking forward to see what the next 2 months bring. Currently only taking 1 pill 3 times daily… will be pushing that up a notch or two. Cut cut cut weight and much needed muscle tone! Recommend to listen to your body and start out slow using the product and increase as needed. Great product and would recommend to anyone!

I have been using No-Explode combined with ON 100% Whey Protein for approx 8 weeks now and they have worked wonders for me, only being 20yrs old. I have gone from max bench press of 176lbs to 220lbs in just 8 weeks and my weight has gone from 165lbs to 171lbs with a lot more muscle mass and less fat. I don’t think I’m going to try Atrophex though it doesnt sound safe!

I’ve been taking Atrophex for about a week and I’m down 5.5 pounds. I was already in great shape but want to cut body fat lower. My workouts have been great and as long as I don’t take it too late in the afternoon I’m okay sleeping. I’m taking 3 at a time, twice a day.
I spoke with someone at BSN who suggested you do 1 tablet twice a day for the first week, then 2 tablets twice a day for the 2nd week, then 3 and so on. He said a lot of guys stop at 3 tablets, twice a day and some women can tolerate 4 tablets twice a day, but not all. He said it’s important to do it gradually.

I started taking Atro-phex last Monday (21 Feb 08). I got on the scale the other day and I am down 6 pounds. I have been trying everything to lose weight-nothing worked. Been on the stuff for about a week now, I’ve lost about five pounds…. but I’m getting some crazy symptoms…. Nothing like a headache or throwing up, but I’ve been having some insane dreams and this stuff doesn’t suppress my hunger. On the advice of a professional body building, I started taking Atro exactly one week ago. The results are AMAZING! I’m in pretty good shape, but genetics are working against me in getting the abs that I want. So, my friend recommended the Atro for the fat burning. I wouldnt recomend taking No Xplode and Astro-Phex because of the caffine in NO conflicting with Astro. Unless you like the feeling of your hear trying to jump out of ur chest

I want to try this atrophex pill. I had a baby and want to get rid of the baby fat, not really a gym person but I know for anything to work you have to move. Son in conjunction with Atrophex and exersise will I see any results? Is it really worth the $50? If not what are some suggestions for products?

Has anyone gone through an entire cycle with this product and if so, what were your results. I’m struggling to remove the last bit of stored fat around my mid section and and looking for some help burning it off.

well i’m 16 and i want to try it , i am a bit young, but i will take less, just a little bit of fat to get off of and its weird, is it just me or have the reveiws gotten better over time cause they went from total negative to posotive. so thats good

Well I haven’t even gone a week using this product straight yes it have you go to the bathroom about twice a day which i guess is a good thing and this thing give me so much energy is crazy. But i find when i don’t use it for like 2 days I get super tired. Fat loss um I don’t think so i haven’t used it enough to tell.

I have been using it for a week now, Took 1 pill a day for 5 days… My energy increased, my appetite was significantly decreased, I feel better… My heart rate jumps fast if I get angry, mood swings are more intense, sometimes my emotions are more dramatic. Good if you like to fight!!!

I’m on my 2nd box of atro-phex 6 pills per day and it is fantastic. I’m 20lbs pass a plateau that i’ve been working on for 9mo’s with no success. I stepped up my lower body routine that I feel has helped with my success. If you work the large muscle groups and take atro-phex, you will get the cut you desire, I did!!!!

WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS OF TAKING NO EXPLODE WITH ATRO-PHEX. IM 19 ,190 5′11 AND IM IN GOOD SHAPE I LOVE NO EXPLODE AND WOULD LIKE TO START TAKING ATRO?

Just starting taking atro-phex. Bought it yesterday and took 1 pill and didn’t feel anything. Took pill today when I got up and feel pretty energetic and I am interested to see how it works.

Have been on for about two weeks, lost a few pounds (water) within a couple days. Taking 2 pills twice a day before lunch and dinner. Does help with appetite. Will give the entire box a chance before making any conclusions. As for the mental aspect, haven’t seen a difference. Initially did feel hot after taking, but that’s subsided. Not training for size, just weight loss and power.
On a side note, took NO-Xplode for about a year, great wake up for morning workouts. A blood test showed my liver enzymes were up. Couldn’t think of what it could be then did a google on NO and Liver Enzymes. Increase in liver enzymes is a sign of a damaged liver. I stopped taking NO-Xplode drug ass at the gym for about a week until my body could adapt, second blood test enzymes are normal. No longer take NO-Xplode. I’d recommend doing as much research as possible, consult your doctor, and research ingredients before trying any new suplements. Especially you young guys.
5′8" 204 17% body fat (MMA and boxing training) started training Jan ‘07 225 and 29% body fat, 33 YO.

I was just going through the posts and saw that some one had the side effect of rash like pimples. I ‘ve been using atrophex for since july of 07 and about 3months ago, i started to break out into itchy rashes. I stopped all my supps. and reintroduced, and it’s only when i’m on atrophex that i get the rashes. Gotta admit that the product works, i’ve seen my abs for the first time in my life, got really cut, but i can’t use it if i’m i’m gonna get all itchy.
I’d recommend it, but i guess i’m allergic to it.

okay so im 17, 160 pounds, 6 ft tall
my arms, chest, back, are all in and defined… but my abs! you can see them but theirs still fat on them!!! When i start seeing them after a while i cant control my cravings and eat a whole lot of sugar on one day then go back to healthy, and i just cant manage to get my six pack in! so do yall think that atrophex can help me?! is it alright if i just use one box then stop?!

I started taking atrophex 3 days ago and so far so good. The first day hit me kind of hard. I felt more jittery than energetic, but my body is sensitive so I wasn’t surprised. Other than that, 1 pill 2x a day has killed my appetite. I workout regularly, but my problem was the diet part. I was always hungry and was eating 1700 cals/day. The past 3 days I have had decreased appetite and was satisfied with 1200 cals!!! Now maybe all my hard work in the gym will pay off since I’m not negating it with food. I can’t give a testimonial on the fat burning part yet, but the fact that I have help controling my portions and calorie intake is a huge plus for me.

I dont believe there are any issues with stacking N.O. Xplode with the A/P. It is suggested on the A/P box to stack.. but like they say, you should test the toloerence level first…

man alot of posts, i’ve read almost all of them fully. Most people have positive results. Seems like all the possible side effects are itchy rash, excess sweating, frequent toilet trips, loss of appetite, hard to sleep, and too much energy. I’m considering getting it, but I couldn’t see myself going over 2 pill twice a day. $40 seems like alot it might be cheaper on other sites though. Man though the guy in the mens fitness health made it seem pretty good even though he’s just some paid model. If I get it I’m just doing 1pill twice a day for a few weeks. I currently started taking Six Star Nitric Oxide Overdrive and whey protien I don’t know if it alright to take them and artophex or not. Anyone know?

TRIED STACKING AP WITH NO EXPLODE NO DIFFERANCE GAINED WATER RETENTION AND THATS ALL HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED THE ONLY TIME I ACTUALLY FELT DIFFERENT WAS WHEN I RAN A MARATHON AFTER TAKING IT. IS IT ONLY ACTIVATED BY HEAVY CARDIO OR IS THIS PRODUCT REALLY THAT WEAK????????????????????

I’ve used this product for about a month now, I really haven’t experienced any bad side effects and I find that I’m fully alert and full of energy. I often have problems sleeping, an issue i had long before using the Atrophex but this product makes me feel awesome and mentally focused all day even on those days where i’ve had limited sleep. My appetite has also decreased tremendously. I haven’t checked the scale or body fat since I started but I can definately feel the changes in my body. I would def recommend this to anyone, unless of course you are allergic, that sounds uncomfortable. Can’t please everyone.
