Thoughts
This was definately a killer workout. I actually got few looks busting out the dropsets on the pec dec because I was getting sort of loud. My gym certainly isn’t hardcore and was making the pink dumbell crowd uneasy. I could honestly give to shits what they think. The gym is a place to workout and push yourself. Rant over….
Since Aplodan is turning out to be an excellent stunt I think I’ll begin to expand a bit on the mechanism by which it works and attempt to explain the whole “dormant muscle fiber activation” theory. Look for it in tomorrow’s post which will be another rest day.
