Thoughts
545lbs on the squats is personal best. I once 555lbs x 1 once back in the day but I have to admit these on 545lbs were deep and impressive. FINALLY, it appears my legs are getting back to their old grandeur of actually being my strongest bodypart from an aesthetic and strength perspective.
Needless to say, I should probably start doing my single leg extensions because the full stack at my gym is getting to easy. I guess I could have more troubling issues to deal with in my life so I’ll end my whining here (for now).
I’m looking forward to traveling home this week. There is a new Gold’s Gym near my house and it is the best gym I have ever been to. It has all new equipment, any possible machine, and few NPC competitors that I can train with who are friends and make me look like a bitch in the gym. I need more of that.
Later in the week I get to train with DVSNESS at Gold’s in downtown DC. It’s always a blast training with her because despite being tiny she can hang with guys like myself. She is probably the best student I have ever trained and is a sponge for knowledge when it comes to more advanced methods. I can’t wait.

Congratulations on your personal best on your squats! I noticed the low foot placement with the feet together on leg press does this add mass quicker to your quads or are you just putting more variety in your workout? Have fun back at home
