Incline Hammer Strength Bench: 450lbs x 6, 450lbs x 6 (could not fit anymore plates on )

Pec Dec: 250lbs x 6, 250lbs x 6 (fullstack)

Incline ATrainer Flyes: 60lbs x 8/8, 60lbs x 8/8, 60lbs x 8/8

Hybrid Calf Training

Stepmill: 30 minutes
