Leg Press (singles w/ high foot placement): 270lbs x 8/8, 270lbs x 8/8
Hybrid Calf Training
Cardio: Precor Elliptical 35 minutes
Thoughts…
I didn’t go as heavy as would have liked to but I wasn’t feeling strong yesterday. I seemed pretty distracted in the gym after getting threatened by the owner IBE. Oh well….sh*t happens.
