V-Ups: 15, 15, 15
Cardio: Precor Elliptical 35 minutes
Thoughts…
I was hoping to push 405lbs for a few reps on the decline but I wasn’t feeling especially strong going into the lift. Don’t get me, 385lbs isn’t easy and every rep was pretty damn hard. Eitherway, my chest is pretty damn sore from this workout. I’m noticing some increased thinkness across my upper pec region which is something no bodybuilder can overdevelop.
One thing I am certainly noticing on SizeON is that my muscle feel full all the time. I would attribute this to the multiple sources of creatine. I have always been a fan of creatine mixes as opposed to one source just for various reasons. My experience has showed me that they tend to be superior and I have to say I am liking the addition of creatine gluconate to the creatine monohydrate in SizeON.
I’m sure some of you have noticed I haven’t been dropping any researched back information yet. In all honesty, I’m waiting this time to really to really get a hold of my own subjective experience to more accurately relate it to the objective research. Also, including my daily diet is a task in itself. I’ll be ceasing this on the 5th of December and will be "dropping" the science from then until the end of the log. There is a ton of research which supports the efficacy of this product so it will a lot of fun.

Recent studies have shown that an extract from Alnus Hirsuta (Manchurian Alder) is a potent fat burner in mice. Essentially, it serves as a diacylglycerol acyltransferase (DGAT) inhibitor in the liver. DGAT is primarily responsible for triglyceride accumulation in tissues because it catalyzes the final reactions in the known pathways of mammalian triglyceride synthesis. Increased triglyceride accumulation can lead to obesity. It has been observed in mice lacking DGAT they have increased energy expenditure and increased insulin sensitivity and marketdly less adipose tissue mass. This may seem great at first but keep in mind triglycerides are an an integral component of lipoprotein particles synthesized by the liver and small intestine, skin sebum secreted by sebaceous glands, and milk produced by mammary glands in females. Total inhibition by a supplement would probably not be wise. Since this has also inhibited triglyceride (TG) formation by human HepG2 cells it has obvious merits in a supplment and as some researchers or pointing out, the treatment of obesity. It’s a fine line to be walked but I’m sure someone can come up with the right play on words so a supplement using betulinic won’t be miscontrued to treat a disease. This is obvious one small puzzle in the potential uses of triterpenoid glycosides and their potential as herbal sources for fat burning supplements.

Song of the Day
Eminem Feat. 50 Cent, Cashis, and Lloyd Banks - You Don’t Know

With the **** its new gimmicks, its just blood in and blood out
When there’s beef you just gotta know when to butt in and butt out,
If there’s a problem we solve it, we don’t resolve it
It usually just evolves into one big brawl and we all get involved
And we should all get a merit, cause most beef we inherit
And wear it like a badge of honor, pass it around and share it
And let it go to whoever’s holding the most current beef on they’re shoulders
And the soldiers got their backs and its over
But tonight we didn’t come in here to beef with nobody
We came to party

In doing a little bit a of research into the lypolytic effects of rasberry ketones and came across an oil called Natsudaidai. It seems to exert a strong lipolytic affect and even has some effect on superoxide suppression to the presence of Auraptene. This caught my attention as we are seeing rasberry ketones pop up in a number of fat burning formulas including MAN Scorch:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/man/scorch.html
I found this quite interesting given the application natsudaidai is in with regards to cosmetics and even as popular fruit juice in Japan used in alcoholic beverages and marmalades. .This fruit was discovered in 1740 in the Yamaguchi prefecture in Japan. It appears it favorable aromatic and flavoring properties which might make ideal for fat burning RTD. Anyway, here is some supporting research citations:
