This is an excellent workout. I am 45 years old and have shown more gains in the past 6 weeks of this workout than ever in any previous workout. I approach it a bit differently than actual workout calls for... different muscle groups are to be worked on consecutive days with only Thursday off to do cardio...I require more cardio than that, so I alternate a 666 workout day with an intense cardio day, which means that one "week" of the written workout actually takes me 10 days to complete. It may be too much cardio and too much rest in-between muscle groups for some folks, but it has worked like a charm for me. I have never been more proud of my body, or the results.
