Nonfat greek yogurt! Its got about 120 calories and 20g of protein per cup and only bout 6g of carbs. I buy Trader Joe’s brand. I’ll use it on a sweet potato because it kinda taske like sour cream. But you can also add a slenda packet and some berries and it tastes so yummy!
