					<description>Weekends are for fun!!  Well, that being said I'm like you when it comes to weekend diet .... it's bad!  the weekdays are fine, though.  Looking at your photos, I'd say you're weight may not be going down much as you're trading fat lbs for muscle lbs these days.   You look like you could punch a hole through a brick wall 6'x6'.  :)</description>
