Gym? What’s that?
I think I forgot where the gym was at times. Well not really, I did real good during the week. The weekends were a different story. I think every weekend we were doing something that wasn’t beneficial to my body goals. The 1st weekend we went to WV to go rafting. Then had cookouts the next two weekends. Memorial Day weekend was spent in Panama City Beach. To say that when we go places I tend to be less discipline with my diet would be an understatement. Oh well maybe this month will be different.
This month I don’t think I have any plans until the last week when we go on vacation so I’m going to bust my a$$ before then. Softball is about over and I think I’m going to retire. This season has sucked and my shoulder feels like it’s going to fall off. You could say that’s effecting my lifting too. I’m not sure when fall league starts but as of right now I’m not going to play. That will probably change once the season gets here.

Weekends are for fun!! Well, that being said I’m like you when it comes to weekend diet …. it’s bad! the weekdays are fine, though. Looking at your photos, I’d say you’re weight may not be going down much as you’re trading fat lbs for muscle lbs these days. You look like you could punch a hole through a brick wall 6′x6′.
