Yep feels great to accomplish a goal.  Unlike February, I stuck to what has worked and lost 13 lbs.  Who knows, might get into the high 220 range by USVI time at the end of June.  One small thing I didn’t really think about is all my clothes don’t fit anymore.  Well shirts still do but pants….. no way.  Anyway I keep plugging away. 

This softball season hasn’t gone the way I had hoped.  Last year fall season we were runner up with only one loss.  So far this year we have lost all 3 games with a combined total of 11 runs.  I mean we have the same guys as last year but nobody, including me, is playing worth a crap.  Well maybe this week we’ll turn it around.  I will say this, I can’t throw the ball because my shoulder is screwed up so it’s making my lifting weaker especially in bench and shoulder press.  This may be my last year for softball.  Either that or shoulder surgery and I don’t want that.
