Well I knew it was coming, my wife’s grandfather passed away last Wednesday and we went to Louisianna for the funeral.  So I missed 4 straight days in the gym and a whole lot of Southern Louisianna food.  No surprise I come back a few pounds heavyier then when I left. All in all a good trip, noone was really down too bad.  More of a celebration of his life then sadness for his parting.  Anyway so it’s back at it today.

We had our first softball game last Wednesday and I’m glad it was an exibition cause we were sucking it up.  Couldn’t hit, couldn’t field.  To say we were rusty would be an understatement, corroded is more like it.  The real season starts this coming Wednesday so we’ll see how we do then.
