Tuesday, January 23rd, 2007Well I’m not sure how much into blogging I’m going to get but from the comments I got from my sexy (sarcasim) before pic that this could keep me motivated. To the ones who commented on that I would like to thank you for the encouragement, I’ll need it. So far this month I’ve lost 13 lbs. I’m going to try to update my profile every month and hopefully the thing that has attached itself to my midsection will be shrinking.
This month I haven’t been lifting too heavy, just trying to get back in the habit of going to the gym. Plus I don’t need to hurt myself right at the beginning. I’m trying to be real gentle with my back so anything that compresses the spine like squats is on hold for a while. In Feb. I plan on doing more core exercises and cardio. Today I worked out chest and was probably the best I’ve done since I’ve been back. It’s all about getting better.
