Quick note, things are going good now. The first two days was having trouble sleeping, was taken the pills to late in the day. Now that I’m back on shift work, I take the pills as soon as get to work. Slept much better last night. Have to do my cardio and weight training together, weights first then cardio (after 12 hr shift work).
Been keeping up with the workout program in the manual too. I try to stick with the meal plans as much as possible, even before the program I was losing weight on just my new diet. So I am pretty much sticking with that, with changes here and there with different foods recommended in the program. Cut out tea and coffee, added in the oatmeal and a little extra carbs for energy (in the morning).

My last weigh-in was at 221 lbs (at the end of the day) and my "Ormon Body Fat Analyzer" had me just under 22% BF.
I start MITOTROPIN tomorrow morning, going to try and hit the gym hit the scale if I can. Yep hitting the new month off right. Going to try and get my BF down futher then it has ever been.
At the end of the 30 day program I have Cytolean that I going to try as well. I have some SuperPump250 as well and some SizeON tabs (not going to use them).
The manual that come with Mitotropin has a diet and workout programs as well, I can not wait to start.

Well, had to go in for another tape test for the Army, weighed in at 224 lbs and 22% Body Fat. 17 in neck and 39 inch waist. Yeah the Army BF% tape system is WEAK! they only take into account your age, height & weight, neck & waist(at the belly button). For my age and height, I can weigh no more then 211 lbs and 24% BF. Weight isn’t so much a factor as long as you meet the BF% standard
Another guy at work had to get weighed too, but hasn’t made any progress … "I’m only eating 2.5 meal a day" …. I told him "Dude! I’m eating 5 meals a day!"

Was having a little trouble getting past 226 lbs, but just got back from the gym and I weighed in a 223 lbs, used my wife’s
Omron Body Fat Analyzer and I came out to 22% body fat. So it looks like my meal plans (5 times a day) and working out (lots of cardio)
if starting to kick past my dead zone.

I’ve been sticking to my program which has helped me to drop down to 226 lbs. Now, it seems that I’m stuck and my weight is not droppin’ off like I want it too. Still watching what I eat and hitting the cardio and weight everyday (mainly cardio).
Being in the military there is a lot of pressure to meet standards … mine is no more then 211 lbs and 24 % BF. I’m expected to drop 8 more lbs … for now … and get my BF% under 24%. There is a lot a pressure he for me, since I was droppin weight … it was great … now the dead spot is hurting my motivation and the time line is getting short. UGH!
Trying to change up my diet a little bit since I think my body was getting use to the meal plans I had. Same thing happened when I did the 3-day Diet (10lbs in 3 day) wasn’t working for me anymore. Also hitting the gym and weights (at home) almost twice a day. oh yeah, by weights i mean … light weight - high reps.

Got up and went to the gym this morning and also weighed myself …. 228 lbs … weights going down.
Really put a LOT of time and focus on my diet … lots of tuna, chicken, veggies, fruits and soups too.
Going to keep this up til I reach 215 lbs …. I would like to hit 200 lbs as my long term goal.

Still working on dropping more weight, more then ever now. Really getting my eating habit under control and hitting the cardio too. Dropped down from 238lbs to 233lbs, but it looks like I’m going to have to hit the gym even harder. Hate getting old!
I’m taken the LIPO 6, but I’m really looking into taken the LIPO 6X or one of the other Hardcore products out there. I know I won’t lose the weight I want to overnight, but I want this more then ever now and I have the time now to put the effort towards it more.
Being in the military, staying in shape and eating right can be hard, but my new job is giving me more time now to actually make goals and stick to them. I don’t have to worry about field time or deployments to get in the way or get me off track.

Well went to the store and bought a nice little home gym ($350) to fit in the corner of my mudd room. The wharehouse on the other hand gave me the $600 model instead … no wonder there were more pieces. The thing take up almost the whole mudd room, but got it to fit. No excuses for the wife and myself anymore, working out a 5 day workout program.

This move and all over change has taken it’s toll. Did my PT test today and passed, but when it came to the weigh-in … I shrunk 2 inches (74in down to 72in) … that means by Army standards I can weigh no more then 200 lbs (24% BF). I’m up to 238 lbs and 26% BF. CRAP!!!!!!
Bought a new home gym system, since it’s hard to get to the gym. Can’t wait to start using it, once I get it built, LOL! CRAP … there are a load of pieces.
