Finished Up with Mitotropin

My first weigh-in was at 221 lbs (at the end of the day) and my "Ormon Body Fat Analyzer" had me just under 22% BF.

Yesterday was my last day on Mitotropin and I ended with 217 lbs and Ormon Body Fat Analyzer has me at 20.3% BF.

So all in all with the hoildays, gym being closed, being sick, etc. I was pretty happy with the results that I got with Mitotropin. Could have I done better … yeah … if everything would have went prefectly.

 By U.S. Army standards for my age (34) and height (73.5 inches), I can weigh no more then 211 lbs and 24% BF. I still have some weight to lose, even though I do pass the tape test at 20% BF.

Progress with Mitotropin?

Ugh, weighed in the other night and this afternoon, I’m up 3 lbs(219lbs)! Crap! Ok … good news,I guess … is that my BF% is still at 20%.

With my protein intake up and weight lifting increased a little bit, gaining muscle is a factor. I’m still trying to get down to 211 lbs for FEB though, was on an average of 2-3 lbs a week loss.

Got to ligthin" up on the weights and tightiN’ up on the meal plan too … gonna be hard with christmas and new years right around the corner.

Makin Progress with Mitotropin

Just updated my progress stats and pic.  I just finished my 14th day on Mitotropin!

Today was Shoulders and Traps and at the Gym, plus 30 min on the cross trainer.

3 set each 10 reps - Straight Bar Shoulder Shrugs + Side Dumbell Lifts

3 set each 10 reps - Dumbell Shoulder Shrugs + Front Dumbell Lifts 

3 set each 10 reps - Reverse shoulder press …. then 30 min on the crosstrainer

Eating right 6 -7 times a day. With shift schedule keeping me up and down all hours of the week(night shift and day shift). I thought I was going to a real problem with meal and supplement times. Thing seems to be working fine the way I’m going … so no excuses here!

Day Four on Mitotropin

Quick note, things are going good now. The first two days was having trouble sleeping, was taken the pills to late in the day. Now that I’m back on shift work, I take the pills as soon as get to work.  Slept much better last night.  Have to do my cardio and weight training together, weights first then cardio (after 12 hr shift work).

Been keeping up with the workout program in the manual too.  I try to stick with the meal plans as much as possible, even before the program I was losing weight on just my new diet. So I am pretty much sticking with that, with changes here and there with different foods recommended in the program. Cut out tea and coffee, added in the oatmeal and a little extra carbs for energy (in the morning).
