Freakin’ Golfer’s Elbow

Was reading this article and found out what I have and a little more insight to what is going on with my elbows.  Think I might be using to much weight on my wrist curls! This sucks, since I love the way my veins are poppin out of my forearms. I’ve noticed how even when I make a fist … I can feel it in my elbows … and how it started hurtin more after my arm day workout!

Sick and Tired

Yeah, got me a real good cold going on, got some real good meds though. Knocks me out good, sleep like a baby … ok maybe not a baby … these cots we sleep on suck. My elbow are still bothering me, doc says I could have this problem for a while, due to lifting weights.

So it looks like I need to take a good break from the gym and give my body some time to heal itself … this sucks!  Finally got my arms up to 18 inches!

Almost home though, the days are counting down til we head back to the states!

Merry Christmas from Baghdad

Well I woke up this morning little earlier then usual … headed over to the gym for a quick weigh-in (235lb dropped 5 pounds) and a little workout on the bike (20 min). Headed back to the tents and changed back into my uniform and headed to chow. Christmas Lunch, they DEFAC was packed, acutally had to stand in line for a little bit. Got some turkey, ham, steak, stuffin’ and some yams.

Bad Month so far

Well, did a weigh-in and tapes and it’s not good. Up to 240 lbs and 23%BF. Reason - got sloppy … was ridin that high horse and let myself go …. bad. Been eating CheeseBurgers(chicken) and fries … apple cobblers and cookies.  Looking back I have no one to blame but myself.

Starting today I back to eating right again, Salads and Protein … staying away from Carbs (rice and potatoes) as much as possible.

Been hitting my new routine pretty good though with the 12 sets one major muscle group a day and cardio in the morning(with abs workouts).

CRAP!!!! Getting so close to heading home and it seems like all my hard work went down the drain … in just a couple of weeks!!!!
